    A selection of regional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean specialities is showcased at Sufra for a spectacular “mise-en-scene” where our chefs are the stars. Culinary influences include the surrounding Levant region of Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Iran, Turkey and Greece. Signature dishes include freshly produced mezzes, salads, kebabs, wood-fired oven baked fatayer and sawani, Iranian mixed grill, Turkish charcoal meat and Greek Kleftiko.
