The multiple award winning signature restaurant Stix at Hyatt Regency Chennai is inspired by the vivid sights, sounds and the crackling energy reminiscent of an Asian hawker-style stall. Stix specializes in authentic Chinese cuisine from the Sichuan province prepared with finesse by a team of region-native Chefs. An extreme measure of skill goes into creating a distinctly Sichuan dish. Prepared on a heavy cast iron wok at approximately 700 °C, the Chefs at Stix create the perfect harmony between intense heat, delicate textures and robust flavours to layer the dish with subtlety and maintain its regional integrity.
