Focaccia explores traditional Italian cuisine from the shores of southern Italy. This trattoria styled restaurant offers patrons flavours which arise from the belt of Campania, Puglia, Calabria and Siciliy. Its inimitably Italian roots shine through every element of the restaurant. Be it the cuisine native Chef or the highly interactive ambience with an open kitchen, wood fired oven or the array of the finest ingredients which are used to create truly Italian dishes from the Italian coastal region. The food at Focaccia prides itself on being authentic, simple and fresh with vibrant flavours. The cuisine here is also distinctive for it juxtaposes the richness of flavors which arise from a region that comprises not just the salty shores but also enjoys the magnificent hills (mare e monti in Italian). The menu offers authentic regional fare that also includes few recipes that have a family legacy to them.
Focaccia exalts the Italian way of life through its trattoria style of dining. Beautiful, rustic ceramic mosaic floors set against the quaint feel of brick laid walls; wooden chandeliers, ivory candles and traditional Italian artifacts all add to the Italian odyssey that is Focaccia. Inspired by Italian food culture, the trattoria-styled space at Focaccia encourages a dining experience which celebrates the company of friends or family along with the luxury of leisurely enjoying good food.
