Indulge in regional cuisines from all over Italy. This January, savour the authentic flavours from the Lombardia region of Italy. Chef Franco Canzano has crafted a speciality menu showcasing the local delicacies such as Prosciutto rolls, Polenta croutons with spicy beef salami, Vegetarian Ravioli “Casoncellii”, raisins, pear and pine nut with butter and sage sauce, Lamb Ossobuco with saffron risotto, Stewed beef with carrot, celery, onion, potatoes, mushrooms and red wine; and some delectable desserts like Barbajada, Chocolate mousse with whipped cream and more.
