Mulwarra, a boutique Meat and Seafood exporter from Australia, will be running a special promotion at The Grill House in October. Mike Tafe will be joining Grand Hyatt Muscat to create a special menu (inclusive of our normal beverage package, salad bar and desserts).
Mike is the Corporate Chef for Mulwarra Export, recognized as Australia’s leading supplier of premium Australian produce to five star hotel markets internationally. Mike has conducted Australian food promotions throughout South East Asia, North Asia, Europe and the Middle East for the past 18 years. Mike is also the Managing Director of Sydney based Spice & Co. which manufactures and distributes pure herbs, pure spices and spice mixes to both the retail and food service markets in Australia. Mike has always had a passion for cooking with herbs and spices and an interest in their cultural and historical significance in the culinary world.

About The Grill House
Seating up to one-hundred people The Grill house is the perfect venue for larger group celebrations as well as private events.
An al fresco setting also suitable for romantic dinners featuring all inclusive packages. Guests can select from a range of salads, soups and starters on the buffet, and then take a pick from an a la carte menu featuring a selection of sumptuous steaks, specialty game meats and freshly caught seafood.
The Grill House is open during the cooler months with spectacular views of the Arabian Sea on one side and city views on the other.
The Grill House is closed during summer months ( May – August ).
