Indulge in regional cuisines from all over Italy. This February, savour the authentic flavours from the Veneto region of Italy. Chef Franco Canzano has crafted a speciality menu showcasing the local delicacies.

Regional Menu of Veneto:

Appetizers
Sardines in “saor style” onion, raisin, balsamic vinegar reduction
Grilled scallops with rustic and spicy tomato sauce
Bruschetta with baccala pate’, olive oil, garlic and parsley

Pasta, Risotto and Soup
Risotto with cabbage, leek and lamb meatballs
Radicchio Risotto with walnut and gorgonzola cheese
Beans soup with minced beef and pasta cut into irregular shapes

Main Course
Fried Chicken strips with aioli sauce, lemon and green salad
King fish in crust “trevigiana” style with grill radicchio, mash potato, red wine and balsamic sauce

Dessert
Tiramisu
Pinza Cake, Bread pudding with apple, raisin and candied peel
