Had the Friday brunch which has a selection of authentic Thai offerings. Staff service is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The offering includes a good selection of Thai salads such as som tam (papaya salad), pad thai, Khao pad pu, and grilled items. Desserts included mango sticky rice and a good range of pastries. Overall good experience and fairly good value.
Not having been to Isaan Thai Restaurant, Grand Hyatt Doha at Grand Hyatt Doha for a while, we truly missed their authentic Thai cuisine, impeccable service, and the delightful outdoor ambiance. So, we treated ourselves to dinner. The current chilly weather, accompanied by refreshing winds, makes sitting outdoors an absolute pleasure. Enjoying delectable Thai dishes after a long day's work feels like a rejuvenating boost. They even provide heaters in case the chilly breeze is too much. Isaan has earned a legendary status for its high-end Thai dining experience in Doha. Dishes arrive piping hot, crafted dish by dish, using fresh premium ingredients, and are presented with finesse. Isaan consistently exceeds expectations. Highlighting a few must-try items : **Khao Greab Pak Moh:** Thai fresh rice dumplings stuffed with chicken - The dumpling skin is pleasantly soft, not too thick, and the filling boasts a harmonious blend of flavors. A rare find in Qatar, it makes for a perfect appetizer to kickstart your meal. 🐄🐄 Nuea Dad Diew🐄🐄: Fried Sun-Dried beef - Despite its name, the beef isn't overly dry. Unlike biltong, it's half-dried, offering meat that's not chewy but flavorful, especially when paired with beer. 🐟🐟Pla Tod Sa-moon Prai🐟🐟 :** Fried fish with Thai herbal dressing - The deep-fried fish is perfectly crispy on the outside, yet moist inside, complemented by the Thai herbal dressing. The aroma of lemongrass and newly toasted peanuts adds to the well-balanced sweet, salty, and sour flavors. 🦆🦆Laab-Ped🦆🦆: Duck salad - Minced duck meat in an aromatic crashed rice salad with a flavorful spicy dressing (you can choose the level of spiciness). 🐮🐮Yum Nuea Yang🐮🐮 Grilled beef salad - Soft grilled beef in a Thai spicy salad that tantalizes your taste buds. 🦐🦐Grilled king prawn in red curry 🦐🦐 with the sweetness of fresh prawns and the richness of coconut milk and Thai red curry, is a heavenly experience when paired with rice. In addition to these dishes, all stir-fry items emanate an enticing wok aroma, ensuring a delightful experience. Each dish is meticulously prepared, offering great taste and unlimited complimentary rice. Concluding the meal with 🥭 🥭 mango sticky rice🥭 🥭 is a perfect sweet note. The sweetness of mango complements the rich coconut taste in the sticky rice, creating a delightful contrast of flavors. My only complaint about this fantastic meal? I indulged too much and ended up feeling delightfully full! 🤣 I enjoyed a 20% discount as a QNB First cardholder.
