Smoked Salmon & Avocado Flatbread
For The Flat Bread Dough: In A Bowl Mix The Water, Oil, Sugar And Fresh Yeast.
Add The Flour And Knead For 5 Min, Add The Salt And Knead For 15 Min Until The Dough Separates From The Fingers.
Form Two Buns And Leave To Rest For 1 Hour, Covering With A Towel.
For The Pickled Onion: In A Pot, Bring The Red Wine Vinegar To A Boil.
Add The Red Onion Previously Cut Into Thin Slices To The Boiling Vinegar.
Cover And Remove From The Heat. Let Cool And Reserve In The Refrigerator For 24 Hours.
Assemble The Dish: Preheat The Oven To 200 Degrees
Roll Out The Dough With A Rolling Pin In An Oval Shape On A Baking Tray Lined With Baking Paper.
Spread Half Of The Sour Cream Over The Entire Surface Of The Dough And Bake For 15 Min Or Until Cooked.
Once Cooked, Add The Smoked Salmon, Sliced avocado, Pickled Onion, Spinach And The Capers To The Top.
To Finish Add The Rest Of The Sour Cream.
