    • In A Bowl Add Red Chili Powder, Ginger Powder, Fennel Seeds Powder, Ginger And Garlic Paste, Water And Mix Into A Watery Paste, Keep It Aside. • In A Blender Add Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Mace/javitri And Make It Into A Coarse Powder. • Heat Ghee In A Pan • Add Black Cardamom, Mutton Pieces And Roasts It. • Now Add Previously Made Masala Paste, Water, And Salt. • Then Cover The Lid, Cook It For 45 Minutes. • After 45 Minutes Add Masala Powder, Brown Onion Paste And Mix It Again And Cooks It For Another 30 Minutes. • Finally Remove From The Flames And Add Coriander As Garnish.
