Super restaurant inside the Central Hyatt! Superb New York-themed cuisine, the service is excellent and the location is truly special! Honorable mention for the 60/60 Egg as an appetizer and for the NY Strip as a second course! Finally, the inevitable NY Cheesecake, an experience to try! Top!
In this beautiful restaurant everything is New York style, even the bossa nova artist of the background music, while singing in Brazilian Portuguese has an American album. My meal began with a Penicillin cocktail, the idea of the bartender Sam Ross of Milk and Honey in New York accompanied by an amuse bouche (I would have used the term appetizer) of two types of butter and brioche bread. Chosen main course, SURF AND TURF, it is one of the highest value proposals, with Angus, in an excellent black and blue cooking (I was moved by the precision) and lobster, accompanied by Port sauce reduction. The expense to enjoy this restaurant is around € 70.00 per person, it is not an exaggeration if we consider the whole context. I just missed the small pastry with the coffee.
