There Are Lots Of People That Have Inspired Me During My Career. However, If I Have To Choose One And Biggest Inspiration, It Would Be My Grandmother. Her Recipes And Traditional Cooking Are At The Core Of Each One Of My Culinary Creations.

I Always Knew I Wanted To Be A Chef. My Passion For Hospitality Is Fueled By The Joy Of Bringing Smiles To Guests' Faces. This Motivation Inspires Me To Consistently Deliver Exceptional Culinary Experiences.

As Much As I Enjoy Cooking, After Spending Full Day On The Kitchen, I Prefer To Prepare Something Fast And Easy, Once I Get Home.

For Me A Dish Cannot Be Great Without An Explosion Of Flavor. Also, The Presentation Is Important. It Must Be Simple But Elegant; And It Should Narrate A Story Of Gastronomy.

I Don't Have A Definitive Favorite. My Musical Taste Is Diverse And Changes Daily. I Enjoy Cooking To Rap, Yet Also Appreciate Pop R&b. Charlie Puth Is A Constant Presence On My Playlist.
