Need to research in advance how to take the bus to the hotel if you don't want to spend over $20 uber. Look for #6 bus stop at the airport and take the bus, about $2. Room is good size and quiet, bed is very comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet is 20/person.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few weeks whilst being at London Heathrow on business. The rooms as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food on offer from the bar is very nice too. The hotel is a short bus ride from Heathrow Central and has quick transport links to other parts of the local area. Only downside is the cost of alcoholic beverages. A Guinness or Moretti will set you back £8.50 which is very expensive.

I recently had an unplanned stay at this hotel due to a delayed flight from Heathrow. I arrived in a wheelchair with crutches due to a broken ankle and discovered that the hotel doesn’t offer accessibility services. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Their kindness and warmth made a difficult situation much easier to bear. I would gladly stay here again just for the chance to say hello to the incredibly helpful front desk team who left such a positive impression during a stressful time.
