This place is amazing. staff are very attentive, the rooms are very spacious and it's a very safe secure building. Only people who are staying there can use the elevators. We ordered breakfast to the room in the morning and it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing about the breakfast that disappointed me was the fact that the freshly squeezed apple/orange juice was watered down. but other than that, everything was perfect. A little on the expensive side but very much worth it.

Nicely located hotel in Manchester. Huge place with really nice comfy rooms. Pleasant staff who were on the ball and happy to help...even had a chappy to press the lift button for you!! Room had its own kitchen area, a decent bathroom and an air con which actually worked nicely. Recommend to stay here very much. Only gripe is that nearest car park is 16 a night, but if you're staying at such a place, it's not really an issue is it?

Wonderful hotel - stayed there recently with a group of Swimmers and we had a fantastic time. Lea in Group bookings was so helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great stay. The rooms are beautiful and both breakfast and dinner in the hotel was lovely. Staff went out of their way to help us at all times. Will rebook for next year !
