ZEM is an avant-garde Czech bistro, juxtaposing the aesthetics of Pragues traditional coffee houses with 1920s retro-futuristic Czech art, literature and engineering. The menu is a creative blend of Czech produce with occasional hints of Japanese flavours, crafted from a theatrical kitchen stage of charcoal and steam.

The ZEM culinary team is headed by innovative and experienced professionals. Our Chef de Cuisine, Richard Bielik, brings over nine years of experience, talent, and passion for bistronomy. His philosophy is to turn simple, local ingredients into the tastiest, most inspired food offering.

Our menu also honors the influences of authentic Izakaya, Japanese meat dishes from the charcoal grill, and handmade dumplings from our steamers.
