After successfully completing his apprenticeship, his journey through the gourmet kitchens of France and the Netherlands led him to our city of Cologne. In the kitchen, he emphasizes the constant development of creative dishes that focus on the excellent quality of their components. Under the direction of Tim Blumenroth, our restaurant assures genuine hospitality and great attention to detail. A very pleasant group dinner, good views of the railway bridge, and back across the river to Cologne Cathedral. Wine selection is decent, as is the Kolsch. Worth a visit for the views!!

Went here to celebrate my birthday with my partner. Food is superb and was given an additional dessert to cap the night off. Quite pricey but it was worth it. However, the cathedral and the bridge are not visible in the evening as the lights from the hotel reflect the glass so it‘s impossible to enjoy the view
