22.08.2020 Slow and poor service. We had dinner here for the first time and won't be coming back. I ordered a burger and said no ketchup but I received one with it. I wanted to confirm if the sauce was indeed ketchup so I tried to catch attention of waiter cleaning the tables outside but twice he ignored me. He saw me both times. My bf just brought my plate back and was immediately replaced with another one. The kitchen staff was very stressed. Upon checking there was no cheese and bacon. I caught the attention of a lady who looked liked the manager and she told us she can't help me and I have to talk to someone inside. Maybe it was just the english but this is no way for a manager to respond. The cashier came out and I showed her what I received and told the original issue which is I ordered one without ketchup and she said 'I don't think so'. She was actually arguing with me. Just wow. My German bf was appalled of the behavior. German customer service at its finest. After another 20 mins or so I got the replacement. By then my bf already finished his food and my fries were already too cold. Btw, the burger was not thoroughly cooked (see pic). The taste was nothing special either, in fact it was not good at all. Bathrooms were also dirty. Such a disappointment considering this belongs to the Hyatt group. 1 star for the view.

Nice self-service restaurant offering relatively high-quality street food. The view is great. The dishes offer relatively standard choices, nothing fancy. Prices are reasonable.

Street food with a view If you’re into street food but lack the courage as you’re committed to eating clean, this is the place for you. Trendy, clean, and delicious. There are a few other options in the area including fine dining; all restaurants overlook the river and the Dom. Very beautiful views, especially during sunset. Portions are really big; really good to share for groups.
