Everything and everyone can be an inspiration.
Why a chef ?
I believe that there is always something new to learn and I do love to be surrounded by food.
What do you cook yourself when you get home ?
Mostly South Indian food, something simple that makes me feel good.

The passion and love that you put in the creation of a dish.
