  • Chicken wings (4 pieces), 270 gm
  • Chop chilly, 5 gm
  • Chop ginger, 5gm
  • Chop garlic, 5gm
  • Chop coriander, 5gm
  • Oyster sauce, 20 gm
  • Salt, 3gm
  • Flour, 100gm
  • Corn flour, 100gm
  • Sriracha sauce, 25gms
  • Red wine, 10gm
  • Sesame seed, 6gm
  • Soy sauce, 15gm
  • Sesame oil, 10gm
  • Brown sugar, 10gm
  • Mix honey and Sriracha sauce and keep in a bowl. In a pan cook red wine vinegar, Soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil and sesame seeds, reduce until it thickens. In a bowl, mix chilly garlic, ginger, chopped coriander. Oyster sauce and salt gradually heat in a hot pan 2 to 3 minutes, add chicken wings and par cook and keep aside to cool. Make a batter with refined flour and corn flour. Season with salt and pepper. Dip par cooked chicken wings in the batter and deep-fry. Serve hot with prepared dips.
