Where have I seen you before ?
I started my career with Leela kimpinsky Mumbai as a Hotel operation trainee. Down the lain worked with International Royal Caribbean cruise lines in the US and a great 6 years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with Marriott and Address properties.

Flavour, consistency, and presentation are the 3 key words of my cooking.
Who/What has been the biggest influence on you cooking ?
I started my career working with Celebrity Chef Macimilano Cortili, who showed me the first step towards the food industry with continental cuisine.
Why a chef ?
A “CHEF” does a job of cooking and creating ideas of the new food in professional and personal life. Creativity is the passion!
What do you cook yourself when you get home ?
Depending on my mood.
What makes a great dish ?
An absolute right ingredient blend together and presented on a plate with the right temperature which should be Nutritious and palatable for the eater, is a perfect dish to be served.
What is your favourite music to cook to ?
Light bits of music to keep you fresh and energetic to create.
Who is at home ?
My wife Mrs.Sarbani Chakraborty, sister Mrs.Debapriya Chakraborty and my Mom Mrs.Sumita Chakraborty.
