We went here on 14th May 23 to have lunch ,having reserved a table which was made promptly available for us. At the restaurant we met Saruf, who was polite,guided us in selecting our dishes and cocktails. The pizza, cocktails,juices and dishes were fresh and tasty. The ambience is excellent and the all staff are pleasing ,helpful and courteous. Will definitely visit Grand Hyatt Bambolim again.

The restaurant seating is extremely comfortable, with large cushioned arm chairs, and has a good view of the ocean. All the employees were kind and helpful, like our waiters Joseph and Abin, and the chef Darwan (DS Rawat). They kept checking on us, asking if we liked the food, etc and we felt very appreciated at the restaurant. Now onto the food, it was simply spectacular. As a vegetarian I was impressed by how many veg options there were, and there were even 5 veg sushis! I had my first sushi here in this restaurant and I was nothing short of amazed. Another dish that really impressed me was the "Fried ice cream" a coconut ice cream in a shell of fried cereal. It actually looked like a coconut and was so unique, like nothing I've had before. The chefs here clearly know their food very well. It is a bit on the expensive side, but that isn't much of a problem considering the delicious flavours, beautiful presentation and kind staff. Since we were staying at another resort, and the back entrance was closed, we had to walk in a loonng circle and go through the main entrance just to go to the restaurant, but it was 100% worth it. The chef even had a nice chat with us and we took a photo with him. Definitely coming here next time!
