The hotel was great and the staff were wonderful. Very customer focused and excessively generous with their time and one on one attention for whatever inquiry you have. The walking path around the grounds is great for some casual outdoor exercise while the waterfall pool and gym/spa are well equipped experiences in their own right. *Big fan of the breakfast buffet!
I stayed here for a night and the hotel is exceptional and the rooms are very clean. There is a nice walking area/trail around the hotel and its in a really good location. The staff are very nice and friendly. When I told them I wasn't totally happy with my lunch, the chef came over; what blew me away was that not only they were curious to learn why I didn't like it, but also they went on to explain why they had to make it such a way to stay true to the recipe. The breakfast spread was great with several options. Hands down the best hotel I stayed in Hyderabad.
