  • Chicken mince, 400 gm
  • Onion, 150 gm
  • Soya sauce, 40 gm
  • Oyster sauce, 30 gm
  • White pepper powder, 5 gm
  • White sugar, 10 gm
  • Refined flour, 200 gm
  • Water, 200 gm
  • Corn oil, 30 ml
  • Sesame oil, 10 gm
  • Cabbage, 50 gm
  • To make the dough, mix refined flour, water and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • For the chicken stuffing, mix minced chicken, cabbage, onion, oyster sauce
  • Make small rolls with the dough and fill the stuffings inside and fold it according to your preference.
  • Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 8 minutes
