  • Step 1

    Place The Dry Rice Noodles In A Bowl, Let Soak Until Soft, At Least 1 Hour. Drain And Set Aside.

    Heat The Oil In A Wok Over Medium Heat, Add Shallot, Sweet Turnip, Tofu Until Fragrant.

  • Step 3

    Add Egg And Shrimp Mixed Well

  • Step 4

    Add Rice Noodle Stir- Fry This Mixture Until The Noodles Will Start To Get Soft.

  • Step 5

    Add Fish Sauce, Tamarind And Palm Sugar Sauce Mixed Well.

  • Step 6

    Add Bean Sprout, Chive, Ground Peanut, Lime Juice. Stir Well For Another 20 Second.

  • Step 7

    Arrange On Plate, Coriander, Chili On The Top

  • Step 8

    Serve With Condiment (white Vinegar, Sugar, Fish Sauce, Chili Flake)
