Thai fried noodles with shrimp

  • Shrimp, 500 g
  • Egg, 150 g
  • Rice noodle, 400 g
  • Sweet turnip, 50 g
  • Bean sprouts, 250 g
  • Chives, 60 g
  • Chives, 60 g
  • Tofu, 100 g
  • Shallot, 100 g
  • Lime green, 50 ml
  • Oil, 100 ml
  • Fish sauce, 50 ml
  • Tamarind and palm sugar sauce, 200 ml
  • Place the dry rice noodles in a bowl, let soak until soft, at least 1 hour. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat, add shallot, sweet turnip, tofu until fragrant.
  • Add egg and shrimp mixed well
  • Add rice noodle stir- fry this mixture until the noodles will start to get soft.
  • Add fish sauce, tamarind and palm sugar sauce mixed well.
  • Add bean sprout, chive, ground peanut, lime juice. Stir well for another 20 second.
  • Arrange on plate, coriander, chili on the top
  • Serve with condiment (white vinegar, sugar, fish sauce, chili flake)
