  • Prawn, 200 gm
  • Lemon grass, 100 gm
  • Chicken stock, 200 ml
  • Chili paste, 50 gm
  • Galangal, 10 gm
  • Coriander, 20 gm
  • Kaffir lime leave, 50 gm
  • Fish sauce, 10 ml
  • White sugar, 20 gm
  • Mushroom, 10 gm
  • Chili, 5 gm
  • Lemon juice, 20 gm
  • Make chicken stock
  • Add chilly paste, galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaf and little coriander roots into the stock and boil
  • After boiling, add fish sauce, mushroom. Lastly add prawns and lemon juice
