One of my favourite hotel in Lucknow (If you are staying there then you must check out their terrace) The place is really soothing and relaxing with great ambiance. The food was delicious and the beverages were awesome. Their playlist was super relaxing in this busy life. All in all 4 stars because their cutlery set was too heavy. I almost dropped my spoons twice because of this issue.😂😂
Good for staying while on a business trip. It has all the standard comforts and amenities, but a stay here is not exactly luxurious or indulgent. Dependable service and responsive staff, with a decent price point for a five-star hotel.
Had booked room for 3 in advance online. But on arrival around 03:30 AM (morning as we drove from Delhi to Lucknow to attend a marriage) the receptionist said they are short of bedding and we will have to share a single bed. On confronting they provided. My question in first place is that if they had extra bedding why were they reluctant to provide. Breakfast was good but had a bit of less options. Overall experience was okay.
They deserve all the stars. I stayed in the month of Aug’20 peak of corona time they were super careful about following safety norms. Staff was helpful, courteous and above all they understood the term pandemic very well and executed all the safety norms well. 😊Buffet breakfast was served with utmost care.
