  • King Fish slice, 300 gm
  • Ginger Garlic paste, 15 gm
  • Lemon juice, 10 ml
  • Salt, 5 gm
  • Dru Kasoori Methi Leaves, 2 gm
  • Ajwain, 1 gm
  • Mustard oil, 20 gm

  • Wash bekti fish and make it completely dry. Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, kasoori methi mustard oil,carrom seeds and salt and keep it for an hour. Make green paste with coriande,mint, green chilli, curry leaves, spring onion, ginger and garlic. Remove from hot plate and serve it hot with lemon wedges and coriander chutney
