Poacched Broccoli

The poached broccoli are part of the Sicilian Christmas tradition.

  • 2 Servings



  • Step 1

    Blanch broccoli and arrange in a plate nicely

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in the wok.

  • Step 3

    Add slice garlic, dark soy, light soy sauce, water and boil it, pour it on the broccoli.

  • Step 4

    Arrange the shredded ginger, onion and bell pepper on top of the broccoli, heat oil in wok and pour over it.

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
