    1. Saute The Onion, Ginger And Fresh Turmeric In Butter. Place Carrot And Curry Powder In The Pot And Roast Them For Some Minutes. 2. Fill Up With Vegetable Stock And Cook Them For 30 Min, Add Coconut Milk And Orange Juice. Mix The Soup And Season With Salt, Sugar And Pepper. 3. Sautee Carrot Slice And Coconut Chunks In Butter And Garnish The Soup Using Both. 4. Serve Hot.
