Soul Pantry by Andaz Delhi is an all women brigade cafe for people who wants to have something bingeworthy but still take care of calories .It is a quaint cafe for an amazing weekday or weekend brunch. It is an ideal place for health conscious peeps who are looking for something tasty yet healthy. Everything is prepared fresh from scratch from breads to dough to topping on pizza or burgers. Healthy ingredients include millets, ragi , barley , buckwheat & amaranth which has some superlative healthy benefits. Breads are almost gluten free. Beyond meat burger has my heart because of the ingredients used in the patty which were salivating with that mockmeat patty & veggies. It was chunky & succulent. Showstopper of my meal was the half n half pizza made by the chef Caramelita Di Capra & Smoked Cottage cheese. Crunchy crust with gobbled up toppings with cheese on pizza made it look like a match made in heaven. Then on the suggestion of the chef we tried their flatbreads Trio Fungi which had 3 types of shiitake , portabello & maitake mushrooms with basil , pizza sauce & varied condiments. It was quite refined in terms of sheer taste & flavours. Instead of having a dessert I tried their banana & hazelnut with nutella and walnuts. One word for it Exquisite t'was. They serve cold pressed juices , kombucha , mocktails and single estate sourced coffees. Also they do have a bar menu. You can get tipsy if you want. I would definitely recommend people to come to this place to try something healthy yet tasty.

It's hard to find a place which serves healthy yet delicious food which satisfies your soul. Soul Pantry is your go to place for your healthy food fix with lip-smacking flavors-serving nutrition dense flatbreads, seasonal salads, tea and coffee and healthy beverages like Kombucha.They have put a lot of thought into designing the menu, nutrition behind each ingredient, coming out with a different dish keeping the flavors intact, healthy beverages, etc. We started off with Baked camembert salad and fresh molten burrata sourdough. SO DELICIOUS! The must-have vegetarian dishes here are Caramelita di capra flatbread, vegetable gyro, and quiche. The flatbreads are made of whole grain flour that lets you indulge without guilt. You can choose from a variety of flours like barley, millet, amaranth and buckwheat. I happily indulged in these and did not feel bloated.The best part is that they have an open kitchen where you can see your food getting prepared right from scratch which ensures freshness. The food is super filling and delicious. Chef Shyantika really helped us to zero down the dishes and she served us with a smile! Topping all the goodness, you can relish a myriad of artisanal teas and coffees. Even if you are looking for the perfect coffee/tea place to chill at, this adorable cafe will easily give your usual hangout joints a run for their money as it serves a variety of soothing hot and cold brews that are worth grabbing! We ended our meal with Opera and Avocado chocolate cake- sinfully decadent and indulgent. These desserts were pretty inviting to the taste buds for an unforgettable sensory experience.
