Chef Gregorio initiated his career in 2006 as a Sous Chef Tournant at The Buckingham Palace Private Apartments in London. He served at Skilon Restaurant in Sardinia, as the Second Chef at Villa Lario and luxury all Suite property in Lake Como, Italy

My grandmother has been an inspiration for my love of cooking, she had always been a keen cook trying different ingredients and spices and coming up with superb dishes, I also remember how she used to involve me while preparing a Caprese Salad.
I chose to become a Chef because I wanted to live my life making food. The joy of seeing people eat my made food and enjoy it gave me happiness beyond anything. Also, travelling around the world made me happy. That’s what I tried to follow and imply.
One things that I am never tired of cooking is the traditional Italian dish of ricotta ravioli, my favorite classic Margarita pizza and Caprese de Mozzarella. I have started liking some Indian dishes too.
Every dish is great in their own way, it is the perspective and the memories that relate to a taste and flavor which excites people. Also, the feeling and energy with which the dish is prepared also plays an important role in how the dish turns out
I like to listen to classical Italian songs when I cook, Fredric Chopin, Beethovan, Johann Sebastian Bach, they all have the perfect tune that makes me want to perfect every dish i make.
I have a family of 5 me , my wife, my two sweet kids and my mother who have always been my support , I am grateful for my family and I do all hard work for them.
I am a keen reader, I love to read fiction, I love to listen to music and watch movies of Robin Williams and I love to travel and explore new places.
Welcome to the worlds of cookery, the only piece of advise that I can give to the young chefs is that dream big , there is no dream that you cannot achieve but requires hard work and consistency.
