Marinate salmon with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice and set aside for 5 mins.
Boil vegetables and refresh in ice water, keep them aside.
Coat marinated salmon in white sesame seeds and cook on griddle for 2 mins on both sides, put it in pre heated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 5 mins.
Toss the boiled vegetables in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Crush the boiled and add butter to it and mix it well and season with salt and pepper.
Put the crushed potato on a plate, place cooked salmon on top of it and place the vegetables on top of salmon.
Melt butter in a pan on a very slow flame and add caper and lemon juice to it, pour the sauce on top of salmon and serve garnished with parsley sprig.
