  • Step 1

    Heat water in a sauce pan and put some oil in it when the water starts boiling put lasagne sheets in it and boil for 8 mins.

  • Step 2

    Remove sheets from the pan and keep them aside.

  • Step 3

    Slice all the vegetables and char grill them, season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Make pomodoro sauce- Make tomato concasse, heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped garlic in it and cook till it sweats and add onion, leeks and celery to it and cook them till onions start sweating then add tomato concasse to it and cook for 5 mins,

  • Step 5

    Layer the lasagne sheets with vegetables and parmesan cheese and pomodoro sauce.

  • Step 6

    On top layer put bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese and cook in pre heated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 mins.

  • Step 7

    Serve hot garnished with basil sprig and fried cherry tomatoes.
