Have visited few times now..service is top class as you would expect it to be ..buffet spread is fantastic..since covid restrictions started regular buffet services aren't there..though their Sunday brunch and drunch are very similar with a lot of items Last couple of visits their Italian and continental dishes have not been upto the mark..generally lacking in seasoning..today the steak was chewy as well..and the risotto texture was not right and lacked any flavor.. do try their Thai green curry though..its delicious..steamed momos are good too..so are the kebabs Another visit..had the thai green curry again..was delicious..so was tom kha gai..everything else was ordinary..the butter naan and lacha paratha was below average..fried rice was so so... Lots of room for improvement Fantastic filled mignon in the latest visit...their sauce has always been good...but this time the steak was cooked perfectly..melt o your mouth stuff..the roast potatoes served with the steak was horrid...but the steak just made up for everything Changing the rating to 4 stars..last few visits have been pretty good...though generally their continental is under seasoned...oriental is almost always good...buffet is definitely the best in thrissur
My friends and family organised a surprise party for me on my birthday. The entire team lead by Karma and Upasana did a wonderful job assisting us . I was mind blown by the minimalistic yet chic decor the team put together . The absolutely delicious food was presented and served well . My personal favourite has to be spaghetti and meat balls . The most amazing part of the dinner was when the cake came Rolling in ! You guys helped making my 18 fabulous ✨ thankyou so much team Hyat

The security didn't open the gate at first. I had to convince him that I came to the restaurant. The food and the service was excellent. Since the restaurant is on the ground floor there is no view of sorts. When comparing to the cochin hyatt this one is a big let down.
