Behaviour of the staff is too polite
I agree with another reviewer, the bathrooms need to be upgraded. The glass doors have seals that are old and you have to lay towels to keep water from running everywhere on the floor. The rooms are smaller than what they claim for a “larger room”, even for Europe. The nighttime window lights are nice. The rooms are well sound insulated. Great location.
Fancy little hotel with automated rooms an a perfect location close to the main train station. Service from their staff is great too.
The bathroom setting feels a bit cheap. Breakfast was too simple. Sufficient for a business stay.
Great hotel value with super convenient location to Milano Central and a 30 minute walk to the city center and the Duomo. Very modern rooms with black out blinds. Hotel has a wonderful rooftop overlooking the city. Enjoyed the views while having some wonderful charcuterie and pasta. Hotel is being slightly tweaked with changeover from M Gallery by Sofitel. Construction was never a disturbance. Recommended and would stay again.
