    Start By Preparing The Marinade. Grate Chop Onion Grate The Clove Of Garlic. Collect The Flesh Of The Candied Lemon And Put It In The Bowl With The Pieces Of Chicken, Onion And Garlic, Grated. Reserve The Candied Lemon Peel For Decoration.

    Add The Spices, Parsley And Coriander, Mix. Heat 3 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil In A Casserole Or Saucepan. Brown The Chicken For 5-10 Minutes.
