Good location, very clean rooms, great service, and very helpful staff. They have 3 levels of parking, which is very convenient. *Highly recommended*
Fabulous hotel that deserves 5 stars in all respects. Centrally located and brand new, the suite we stayed in was better appointed than many 5* properties outside of the Middle East. Very courteous Saudi staff on reception and excellent, discreet housekeeping who we barely saw during our 7 night stay. There is a guest laundry with very efficient Miele washer and dryers which are free to use for guests. Breakfast consisted of a selection of hot and cold food with daily menu changes. Iqbal, the restaurant manager, earns a special mention for all the help he extended us during our stay. There is a very well equipped gym- which I had to myself mostly- and a decent sized rooftop swimming pool which was also very sparsely used. There are no pool towels so pick some up from the gym. As mentioned previously, parking is a bit of a squeeze in the multistorey car park but there were plenty of spaces available so this wasn't too much of an issue for us. In fact, based on the overall experience, I would rate this place closer to a 5* than 4. Highly recommended! Photos of rooftop view of Jeddah
