I just had to share my amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency in Belgrade. Let me tell you, this place truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. When I first checked in, I realized that my reservation didn't include parking or breakfast. I was a bit disappointed, but then something truly special happened. I spoke to the front desk manager, Mr. Nicola, and explained that my son has autism. His immediate response was incredibly kind and considerate. Without hesitation, he added both parking and breakfast to my reservation at no extra cost. I was touched by his compassion and generosity. Throughout my stay, every member of the staff at the Hyatt Regency was understanding of my situation and extremely supportive. They made me feel welcome and cared for every step of the way. It's rare to find such genuine and heartfelt hospitality, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional service I received. I can confidently say that my experience at the Hyatt Regency in Belgrade surpassed all my expectations. From the comfortable and luxurious accommodations to the delicious meals at breakfast, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff, especially Mr. Nicola, who went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency in Belgrade to anyone looking for a hotel that not only provides excellent service but also truly cares about their guests. Hyatt Regency, where I stayed during my business trip to Belgrade, is a clean and well-maintained hotel. The hotel staff are generally attentive and very polite. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The food is good. The bar is incredibly pleasant. It is extraordinary to have a Michelin star restaurant inside :)Although it is not far from the main tourist attractions of the city, it is a bit far for walking distance. You can reach all the places to visit in 5-10 minutes by taxi. However, it is still a hotel I would recommend. It was nice to find an ironing board and iron in the rooms :)

It was perfect, rooms were clean and had almost everything you could need. The coffee machines in the rooms were a nice touch. Staff were very polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was my favourite part of all meal times. Location-wise, it was close to the city centre where you could enjoy shopping. A good experience overall.
