Hielo y Carbon, Calle Gran Vía, 31, 28013 Madrid, Spain
Salamanca,Teatro de la Luz Philips Gran Vía
It is a hotel restaurant that offers a casual yet fine dining experience with a reasonable price. They first welcome us with a small but delicate appetizer with a super spicy green chilli in it. Didn’t taste the chilli but the bread with tuna paste is good. We didn’t try their meat dishes. But their fish is crisply fried and retains all the juice in it. They cook yucca (a kind of banana) so well that you almost forget that the main dish is actually the fish but not the yucca. Their sauce is so great that we want to lick their plates. Their desserts are the best in my opinion. With the bitter chocolate soup elegantly poured by the waiter into the bowl of pudding, we cannot help drinking all the black soup. Their homemade lavender Icecream comes in a delightful and subtle purple colour that accompanied the cheesecake perfectly. Thanks for the attentive service of the waiters. We had a very happy dinner there.
Class bar with amazing views to Gran Via. Excellent service
Nice style Great view on main road Hight quality of meals
Quiet, upscale and hip bar/restaurant. Drink list was extensive and interesting. Our meals were quite good (especially the octopus).
We had such a great time here. The food was absolutely amazing and our server was the best. He was very helpful and was able to make plenty of suggestions on the menu. The prices were very reasonable and the views from the restaurant are very nice as well. Overall, we really loved having dinner here and would highly recommend coming
Knock the door and feel welcomed to our first floor’s inviting apartment with amazing views to the main Madrid artery, the Gran Via Street. Inspired in Madrid’s local cuisine, we invite you to discover different gastronomy experiences, each one of them adapted to each moment of the day.
