    Peel Cucumbers And Tomatoes, Split In Half, Remove Seeds And Cut Into Chunks Split Bell Peppers; Remove Seeds, Wash And Cut Into Chunks. Peel Onion, Garlic And Cut Into Thin Slices. Combine All Ingredients Into A Bowl, Without The Olive Oil. Cover The Bowl And Refrigerate Over Night. Transfer Into A Food Processor And Blend Until Smooth. Add Olive Oil In Small Amounts And Mix To A Homogeneous Puree. Serve Soup Well Chilled In Cold Cups.
