The Library and Veranda, Shangani St, Zanzibar 4255, Tanzania
Stone Town,
This hotel is very grand and luxurious. You’ll be amazed while you walk through the hotel. However, our experience wasn’t great at all. Our AC wasn’t working the entire night, room service/ concierge wasn’t responsive at all and they messed up our food twice with the same item. The manager however was very understanding and compensated us very fairly, so we will definitely come back for another night.
When it comes to hyatt there is nonl doubt that everything is 5 star here. The manager came and attended us. Also suggested us with veg options and made sure we were comfortable. It has a stunning view, amazing service and lovely food
The best hotel in Stone Town with a great staff and probably the best food in the area. You are paying western rates but its reasonable if you consider what you get for it. Comfy beds and great views of the sunset. The only downside is this isn't a beach hotel. There are fishing boats right off the beach and the water is probably a little dirty because of it.
I loved everything about this hotel. Hyatt hotels never disappoint me so far, they always manage to come through. I felt welcome the moment I entered. The rooms are gorgeous with beautiful picturesque view of the sea. And breakfast was lovely too. I would definitely stay at Park Hyatt Zanzibar if I ever do go back.
Best Hotel

The Library extends out to the Veranda, an elegant yet informal space, ideal for relaxing and absorbing the stunning views of the Dhow harbour and Indian Ocean beyond.
