Carefully crafted by Executive Chef Yusuf Gülyiyen and his experienced team, the open buffet iftar tables bring together families and loved ones with the most beloved flavors of Turkish cuisine. The open buffet, specially prepared for Ramadan, includes a variety of delights such as ''hünkar beğendi'', ''imambayıldı'', ''içli köfte'', ''tavuk mahmudiye'', ''kuzu incik'' while the dessert buffet showcases rich traditional desserts like ''baklava'', ''şöbiyet'', ''revani'', ekmek kadayıfı'', and ''güllaç''.
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, the live performance by qanun artist Sevde Başaran adds joy to the delightful iftar gatherings.
