The place is well known for its service and brand, It lives up to the name. The ambience is good the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very good. I like the breakfast it was very good but I would consider it a back point of not having chicken when you have international guests. They have to understand and adapt to the presence and behaviour of international guests. I was comfortable in the room and the staff were nice....
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the booking and customer relations, to front desc and restaurant. They brought toys and a cake for my son, when I mentioned we were celebrating a special occasion. Everyone was super pleasant. This was one of the hotels with the most attentive staff I’ve ever been to. My son didn’t want to leave and is asking to come back.
