My first job was in India as a Chef in 2010. Then I moved to Abu Dhabi at Park Hyatt and currently working in Beach House as a Chef de Cuisine
Adventurous, Creative and Intuitive.
My family and my culinary mentors, as well as other culinary professionals are the biggest influence on my cooking.
I can be around the food and cook, which is one of my passion.
Normally it depends on my mood but most of the time I like cooking Chinese food.

One of my favorite food is Bitter Gourd.
