I started my professional carrier with Hyatt at Grand Hyatt Dubai in 2006 after that pre-opening Park Hyatt Jeddah, moving forward as a sous chef at Atlantis Dubai, moving to Fairmont Makah Saudi Arabia, and lastly to ParkHyatt AD as chef de cusine

My biggest influence is my mom, I learned from her to open the fridge, store, and cook whatever you feel like eating.
I love food, I love entertaining, and I feel that food is the only art form that impacts all of the senses. Plus, there are few things more personal than feeding people. I feel that you can really connect with them.
