For The Past 11 Years I Have Been Working Abroad To Represent The Italian Culture And Tradition. Before Working In Andiamo I Was Working In India With Marriott International As Chef De Cuisine.
Traditional, Creative, Ambitious.
My Greatest Influence Has Been My Friends; Their Smiles After Enjoying A Dish I Prepared For Them Have Propelled Me To Where I Am Now. A Passion That Has Become A Profession.
It Was A Way To Represent My Culture And Tradition Wherever I Go. Being A Chef Is Not Only Cooking And Creating New Recipes, But It’s Also Being A Coordinator; Just Like A Football Team Has A Coach And An Orchestra Has A Concertmaster!
At Home I Usually Cook Handmade Pasta, Such As Gnocchi, Orecchiette, Ravioli Or Lasagna, Something Simple But That Gives You Joy While Eating.
A Perfect Dish Must Be Well Balanced In Terms Of Flavors And Consistencies. I Believe The Ingredients Themselves Are One Of The Most Important Things To Make A Great Dish, Also The Knowledge About Combinations Of Flavors And The Right Technique Too.
I Have Two Phases. During The Preparation Phase I Listen To Hip-hop And Italian Pop Where I Sing Along And Get That Feeling Of Peace And Love. The Next Phase Is Where The Adrenaline Takes Over So I Put Deep-house Which Gives Me More Energy.
Back Home I Have My Father. He Is The Reason I Began Cooking Because I Grew Up With Him. It Was A Way For Me To Help Out My Father, Who Used To Work All Day, And It Was Also Something I Loved.
My Childhood Dream Was To Travel The World. I Wanted To Explore The Different Cultures And Traditions The World Has To Offer. My Profession Has Allowed Me To Achieve My Dream Of Travelling. I Am Italian By Passport But Citizen Of The World By Heart.
For Upcoming Chefs Or Home Cooks Whatever You Do Has To Come From The Heart. I Believe It's A Gift To Have Passion In Whatever You Do. To Cook With Love And Respect The Ingredients Are For Sure The Best Base To Become A Successful Chef.
