Soak the chicken pieces in milk and crushed garlic. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Drain the chicken thoroughly.
Prepare a mixture of potato starch and water, stir well until smooth and of uniform consistency.
Add the potato starch mixture to the chicken, mix well until evenly coated.
Heat the oil to 200°C and slowly drop chicken pieces into the oil. Fry until golden brown for about 7-8 minutes.
Heat the sauce on medium flame, add the chicken and stir well until all pieces are evenly coated.
Place the chicken on a serving plate, drizzle with garlic sauce and sprinkle mixed crushed nuts for seasoning.
