Who/What has been the biggest influence on you cooking ?
My mother and my grandmother, influenced me. When I worked at this industry my seniors, mentors, trainers all these people have played a vital role in my career.
Why a chef ?
I love cooking so I choose cooking as a career.
What do you cook yourself when you get home ?
I will cook my home food rice, lentil, chicken curry in south Indian style.
What makes a great dish ?
The finest ingredients and the love what you show on your dish.
What is your favourite music to cook to ?
The sounds of fire, the utensils sound while cooking, from the pass counter chef will say how long.

My mom, dad, elder brother.
