300g of thigh chicken breast (boneless) need to be marinated in two steps; 1) Ginger garlic paste and malt vinegar salt 2)With yogurt and labneh chili oil. 3) Cook the chicken in a charcoal tandoor @250c or above, giving you a smoky flavor.
1st Marination - Chicken thigh, ginger garlic paste & Malt vinegar. -Mix them all together and keep aside for two hours.
2nd marination - In a mixing bowl take yogurt labneh and all the powder spice - mix well & then add corn oil.
After 10 mins, mix with marination #1.
