  • Hammour Fish, 4kg
  • Lemon juice (marination), 100ml
  • Olive oil (marination), 100ml
  • Dill leaves (marination), 100g
  • Garlic (marination), 100g
  • Salt,
  • Pepper,
  • Mix the marination ingredients in a bowl. Season the whole cleaned fish with salt and pepper. Add the marination on both sides of the fish. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes (120°)
