  • Step 1

    Heat the wok pan, after pour the oil. Put one egg and cook. Add chopped garlic, prawn, and chicken, and continue to cook. Later, add rice, sambal, dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce, chicken jus, sweet soy sauce, and mix well.

  • Step 2

    Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and chicken powder, and continue to cook. Towards the end, add the spring onion. Grill the chicken satay and marinate with sweet soy.

  • Step 3

    Deep fry the marinated chicken thigh. Deep fry the prawn crackers. Fry one egg with sunny side up. Place the egg on top of the rice. Garnish with friend onion. Serve along with condiments.
